The animals and I soaked up the sunshine this afternoon.
For the last three days we have stood outside in the cold and drizzle as SpaceX attempted to launch from Vandenberg SFB. Each time the launch count was held "Hold, Hold, Hold" and then postponed another day due to "unfavorable weather conditions" or "cloud cover" over the area.
Really? It's not rocket science that the weather has been terrible, i.e. tornados and flooding.
Anyway, today - a beautiful day - the Falcon 9 launched on schedule.
We got quick peek before it disappeared into the clouds.
