Both goats' eye issues are nearly completely resolved, yay for that. But I noticed Jack's left horn tip was bloody again and attracting a pesky fly.
From the Animals' First Aid cabinet in the garage I took out the bottle of Blu-Kote. I have never used it before but it's supposed to work well as an antiseptic wound dressing. I'm so glad I purchased the bottle with the "dauber" instead of the spray can.
I had to dab on just a little bit more to the tip and even though my hands were already stained purple (and not coming off easily) I put on some latex gloves.
