I resumed the Pooled Warp Scarf project that I started in February. It had been in a Time-out bin.
I had been happily weaving along till I found a skipped thread. I needed to decide if I was going to (a) unweave and remove the error, or (b) repair the mistake and hope that the fix wasn't noticeable.
I wrote that I would "think about it".
Now here it is - December- and I've made a decision: I unwove.
First I had to remove the hemstitiching.
Unweave about an inch up to the mistake.
Then hemstitch again.
Well, that wasn't so bad. It certainly didn't warrant a ten month Time-out.
