In Case You Missed It: The Lineup
yarn: (1) a continuous strand of twisted fibers used in weaving or knitting, (2) a narrative of adventures.
I am going to be taking a break starting tomorrow, June 30th and return July 9th.
I have selected curated past posts and have linked them under the heading, "In Case You Missed It" (ICYMI). I enjoyed rereading them - remembering the moments - and I hope you do too.
But before I go let me show you a preview of the Bosworth Spindles and Hipstring Base12 2024 mystery fiber packages I will be using for Tour de Fleece 2025.
A Guild friend emailed me and asked if I was participating in Tour de Fleece this year.
Hmm, I had not thought about it.
I looked at the posts I wrote for last year's TdF and noticed that I had not finished to the end.
It is funny how a seemingly easy goal of Spin everyday - at least 15 minutes can be a challenge.
I reread the post I wrote for TdF: Day 2 several times before I replied to Mary's email.
I am up for the challenge of my second Tour de Fleece. I said, "Yes".
2025 Tour de Fleece
Start: Saturday 7/5 - End: Sunday 7/27
Challenge Days Mondays 7/14, 7/20
Rest Days Tuesdays 7/15, 7/21
Same goals as 2024 (Fiber: Hipstrings Base12 Spinalong Fiber Kits from 2024. Twelve 1/2 oz mystery packages.)
I had already renewed the library ebook twice but after six weeks I was only halfway through.
